
Our agave is grown on over 400 hectares of certified organic fields in Amatitán,
Nestled in the lowlands and valleys of Jalisco — the very heartland of tequila. These fertile lands, rich in volcanic soil and steeped in tradition, are ideal for cultivating Blue Weber agave.Each agave plant takes 6 to 8 years to reach full maturity, influenced by factors like sun exposure, rainfall, and soil composition. These natural variables give every field its own unique character — and those nuances can be tasted in each batch.
